Rent is due the 1st of each month. If rent is not received by the 21st of the month, a $20 late fee is applied.

Debit/Credit Card

We process Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. If you would like us to automatically charge your card each month, please complete the Authorization Form (PDF) and return it to us by mail or e-mail.

Business Invoicing

If you are a business and want to receive a monthly invoice, please let us know. Invoices are typically sent on the 15th of the month prior to the day due.

Online Banking
